Sunday August 16th • The Deep Blue Waters of Colpoy's Bay Colpoy’s Bay is the first stop on our Inroads Festival tour. It is being presented in conjunction with the Colpoy's Bay Women's Institute, and proceeds from the show will go toward the maintenance of their beautiful hall. The theme of this show is "The Deep Blue Waters of Colpoy's Bay" and all the activities of the day will explore the significance of these waters to the people of this little bay-side village. There will be a story-sharing and song-writing session from 3-5 PM, with members of the community and festival artists collaborating on the writing of a new song based on the theme of the day. An evening concert will begin promptly at 7:30 PM and will feature sets by the artists and a finale performance of the new song! Both the concert and the song-writing session will take place in the main hall of the institute. We hope to see you there! Back
